My 2020 CLS 450 was brought in for a coolant problem under warranty. A loaner car was provided and work was completed in a timely manner. This is my fourth Mercedes and my third major issue with Smithtown. I purchased a certified per owned 2022 GLC with 17k miles on 11/1/2025. It has been in service for over 8 weeks in total due to no heat. T Smithtown. I purchased a certified per owned 2022 GLC with 17k miles on 11/1/2025. It has been in service for over 8 weeks in total due to no heat. The first time was on outside sensor…they sent me a video of the wrong car all together. The second time was a bubble in the line. This third time I was lied to…saying the manager drove the car all week…funny but he only put ten miles on the car. They claim nothing is wrong with the car, but you can google 2022 GLC having heating problems with no recall. DO NOT GO HERE. Each time car was returned back with no gas. Now I still have no heat! I spoke to a manager and was told I would get a call back…that was nearly two weeks ago. More
We walked into the dealership “just to look” and we fell in love with the GLS. The dealership felt upscale and we were kindly greeted upon entering. We were immediately assisted by Jean. My very first Mercedes and the experience was excellent and exciting! I had no intention of getting such an expensive car, usually settled for my husbands pick. Our salesman, Kenneth Montoya, was knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and had the ability to put me and my husband at ease in making this decision to own a Mercedes Benz.We look forward to a long relationship with MB.
