The service at Mercedes-Benz and Silver Springs is horrible! I will not be going back there and I do not recommend anyone go there to buy a car. Keith Nichols put my family in danger knowingly given me false information about the car horn. He's not a mechanic he should've deferred to the service department or got someone from that department to check the horn but what he did was just "say anything" and send me back out on the road with no horn during the holiday season! Keith Nichols should be fired! Stay away!!!
