TERRIFIC ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FROM DARRELL FENTON My MB broke down on I-95 North Sunday, May 13. I was able to get it off the road. The lady who answered the assistance button, connected me to MB S My MB broke down on I-95 North Sunday, May 13. I was able to get it off the road. The lady who answered the assistance button, connected me to MB Silver Spring. Darrell Fenton called and said he would be arriving within 30 minutes. He did. When he got out of his truck, he immediately came to my window and held out his hand and introduced himself. Turned out I needed a tow. My car is serviced in Tysons Corner branch, and I needed a rental car because I was on my way to Wilmington, Del. He remembered that Enterprise in Silver Spring, near your dealership was open on Sundays. This was 12;30 and fortunately they closed at 2:00. While he was arranging for a tow truck, I was on the phone with Enterprise reserving a car. He took all my stuff and me to Enterprise dealership. He waited till I was taken care of, by Ryan the manager, and then went onto another call. I felt very comfortable and safe with him. He helped make an unnerving experience easier to handle. My car was successfully towed to Tysons MB and fixed Monday. I needed a new fuel tank. I was very pleased with the service at Enterprise, too, by the way. Ryan was a nice man to deal with. I was on I-95 North by 2:00 p.m. More

I have a story from December 2017 and even though the sales manager was friendly he was no help and would not cut a deal for the sake of $750.00. I left and went to Audi and got a better than expected deal. This time I thought I’ll be going through the same and made my mind up that I’ll walk away if I don’t get what I want. That’s when Carlos Arias came over and was very personable and made me feel that he wants to do business. I got a fantastic deal because Carlos was very good at his job and was the easiest person to deal with. He was firm but very friendly and had a explanation for everything. I highly recommend my friends to see Carlos. Even if you don’t know me please give Carlos a chance. If you have the intention of buying then Carlos is the guy to see.
