He always helps us fill out the service form and asks us if we have any issues or concerns. He takes our keys and moves the car onto the lot for us for service the next day. He treats us like we are VIP and my wife and I love that. He is a perfect example of what post sales customer service is all about! More

I have to say in this day in age when Emile Colon was my service advisor at Mercedes of Shrewsbury . Words can’t describe how nice this person was. I have to say in this day in age when people are usaually so businesslike it feels like you’re just a number or the person doesn’t really care , Emile went above and beyond the call of duty helping me. There were some issues regarding the repair of my vehicle as I have wheel and rim on my warranty. The wheel and tire company would fix the rims , but not the tires . He was so apologetic and sincere. Sadly, I’ve become used to people (as many of us have) that say sorry like they don’t care or are almost very robotic. He actually treated me like a family member despite the issues with my car . He made my day. This man belongs in service to people because he’s so personable . I could go on and on about the little things he did for me like set up my bluetooth in the loaner before I left, so I could listen to music, but I’d be here writing forever . All and all, I never expected such great customer service at a car dealership. I highly recommend Emile Colon if you have any issues with your car . He’s knowledgeable, professional and has a warm engaging personality . You can tell he loves his job and working with people despite how frustrating it can be!!! More

Service is Great. Dustin and Lance awesome I have been taking my cars here in the summer and get excellent service. The same quality that I get in Palm Beach Florida. Stay Away "Last Warning" Bought a new 2015 C400 at this dealer. It was great. Love the car no issue utill went through three set of tires within a year and half. I also paid for alignment each times. I'm currently driving on the third set of tires that I just put it on in May. I notice the tire not worn evenly. The outside is bald and the inside look fine. I called the Shewbury Mercedes Benz Service to discuss about it. They agreed to take a look and comeback and said. Oh yeah! definitely your alignment off and fix it for free of charge.. Duhh.!,, I know that, but how and why? Last time I got new tires and paid for alignment now my car out of alignment within 6 month? So, they fix the alignment this time. Did they? I don't know. All I know because they did not do good job now I have to buy another set of tire which is four now. Ya all know costly every time these Mercedes need service, but not the point. The point is how the xxxx I went through four set of tires since I own the car in June 2015? Let start with sell departments. They was supper nice with us. Got a bunch of service. Includes two drive axel under warranty that broke. Rattle noise from the engine that they could not fix. They told me there is rattle snake live inside the engine. Jk! They could not tell me what it is. It so anoiring. Three of door led is dead. Ask for map update three time. Never got done. Now went through tires issue. I think the car is great, but it having issue. It need someone really know how to fix these issue. That why I paid high price for service. Not like an Toyota. This dealer nothing but give me a excuse and not give me correct answer. Not not tell people stop buy car here especially MERCEDES. Buy car here go somewhere else to service the car. They will screw up you car even more. One more thing. My wife affair to call up these people. I love to call them to scream their ear up. I asked my wife why you so affair to call them? She said they not very nice. That's a true. I think my wife feel not welcome and not being honest. So, it your choice to make not my. Just stay out of this service department. Go somewhere else, but if you do just keep one thing in mind. Those people in that service department need to paid their bill too. You the one will help them paid for it. My experience with this dealer is done. Now I drive my xxx to Norwood every time I need service. Good Luck people hope you still love your Benz, because I still do. Peace More
