Excellent Service - E350 I stress out over having my car repaired ... no matter how minor. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the service advisor that worked with me I stress out over having my car repaired ... no matter how minor. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the service advisor that worked with me at Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. There was a huge warranty work that needed to be done on my car. So much that an inspector from the warranty company had to come in to look at the needed repairs. Joey Ramirez kept me up to date with each step of the process and provided information and reassurance. He provided me with a loaner so I had no down time and did not have to take time off from work. This is my second Mercedes Benz and I will never buy any other car or go to any other dealer for service. Thanks Joey! More

Outstanding Service! Dear Mr. Lemoine, Last week I was in Scottsdale visiting my son and daughter when the right front strut broke on my S550, causing it to sag severe Dear Mr. Lemoine, Last week I was in Scottsdale visiting my son and daughter when the right front strut broke on my S550, causing it to sag severely in the front. Not sure whether I could drive it that way, much less get home to Palm Springs, California, I called your dealership for assistance. Fortunately, Steve Kwasny answered the phone and immediately turned my concern into relief. After asking a few questions, he calmly assured me that it was okay to drive the car, and that I could bring it in immediately. Once there, he was able to work me into the schedule and also provide a loaner car. This was especially important because I was in town to deal with a serious family issue and did not have time to spend the afternoon in your waiting room. So, 40 minutes after the strut broke, I was driving away – back in business! Later that afternoon, Steve called to let me know the strut was repaired, and I was able to pick up my fully functioning, clean S550. This allowed me to finish my business in Scottsdale that evening and still be back in Palm Springs by midnight. I was extremely grateful! I spent 16 years in Human Resources and know how important it is to give recognition to employees that are really good at their jobs. From start to finish, Steve provided outstanding customer service (even helping me move many items from my car to the loaner car), and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to deal with him. If all of your Service Advisors are as competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring as Steve, you will have a very successful service department! Please give my warmest regards to Steve. More
