Jacob has been my service adviser and has always gone above and beyond. Just today after I brought my SL500 in for repair and was about to leave I realized I had forgotten to tell him my trunk latch was acting up and my fuse for the car lighter went out because a penny fell in the hole. He took the time to reset the fuse for the trunk and replaced the lighter fuse at no charge. Always professional, courteous, and responsive, which is why I will always be a customer. More
