Great first time service experience! I had never been to Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale and did not buy my car there. I drove in without an appointment for a concern with my headlight not working. Not only was I greeted promptly but was introduced to a knowledgeable service rep named Tina. She quickly looked at the headlight, identified the problem as a bulb and then replaced for me on the spot...herself. I was in and out in 20 min, now that's what I call efficient service. I had gone to the dealership with the intention of taking advantage of the MM lease accelerator program to get our of my C300 and into a new E. Earlier in the year, while traveling, I had put in a call to MB Tucson to get information on when my lease expired and was told 6/9/14. Typically I would have just looked at my statement, but as I was on the road with time to kill I just called them. In addition I rarely look at my statement as I have my car payment set up to auto draft. Long story short, after getting a deal I was very happy with and my girlfriend and I receiving the most gracious and attentive service from Mr. James and Mr. Seltzer, we went to ink the deal in the finance department. Mob financial had been down all day, but it was in the finance room that I noticed the bureau report indicated my lease was 48 months, not 36. I was confused by this and asked if I could take the evening to go home and make sure I wasn't about to sign a lease on a new car while still tied up for another year in my current one. Turns out, I was. Pretty, embarrassing. In fact this makes my highlight reel of life's silliest blunders. I'd like to apologize for the time I took out of David's and Rick's day yesterday. I can tell you that while purchasing a new car is likely exciting for anyone, the process is often stressful and it's not uncommon to feel guilt-ed and pressured by sales member on a dealership staff. That was not my experience yesterday. David and Rick, let me feel like I was in control and let me feel that their priority was simply making sure that I got what I wanted. They wanted me to be happy. While I wish I'd be walking out to a new Mercedes today, my experience at your dealership yesterday leaves me very confident that a year from now I will be, and that Mercedes will be bought from your dealership. More

I had a Ford Explorer and was looking for an SUV that was newer, easier to maneuver and had all the updated safety/tech features. I purchased a new E-350 last year from Rick at Phoenix Motor Company. I was so pleased with him as my sales consultant that I thought a Mercedes Benz SUV would do the job. We decided on the 2013 GLK 350. Mike Radoi was the sales consultant this time at the new location. Mike was a no-nonsense guy and real down to earth. A real pleasure to deal with. We found a vehicle that we liked and it was located at a different dealership. Mike had it trucked in the following day. The GLK is running great and we are happy with the size and easy handling. I get about 23 mpg around town. I have not used the service department as yet for this vehicle, however, I have serviced the E-350. I plan my service visits in advance and have a snappy Benz loaner waiting for me. More

I hate dealing with car salespersons and had just come from another car dealership where I had been subjected to an aggressive, high pressure sales technique which is so typical in the car industry. What a great and pleasant surprise it was to meet Mr Meacham and other staff members at Phoenix Motor Company. I was treated courteously and with respect and professionalism. Mr. Meacham provided helpful information and allowed the car I purchased to sell itself. The overall experience at Phoenix Motor Company was outstanding. More
I have been a loyal customer of Phx Motor Co since 1990, and have returned numerous times to purchase a car, including yesterday, when I completed the purchased a beautiful 2014 ML350. I have consistently chosen to return to this dealership because of the exceptional level of quality customer service I have experienced each time. My purchasing experience yesterday was no exception! Specifically, I worked with Fleet Manager, Greg Ring and his assistant, Ashley, as well as, Renee Nicely, Finance Manager. I found each of them to be exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable in their area of expertise, and totally committed to making my purchasing experience a positive one. Greg answered all of my questions and researched multiple inventories until he found the exact model I wanted. He did not pressure me in anyway, which made the whole experience totally satisfying. Ashley was so friendly and patient with me as we sat in my new car and she taught me how to navigate through all of the electronic features. And, Renee was totally awesome as we completed the financial aspect of the deal. Without hesitation, I highly recommend these employees as the epitome of what high- quality customer service should be at all dealerships. More
Please, whatever you do, do not go to the Phoenix Motor Company for service. I've spent over thirteen thousand dollars in the last year (in one year! for a car with less than 60k miles on it) on repairs an Company for service. I've spent over thirteen thousand dollars in the last year (in one year! for a car with less than 60k miles on it) on repairs and every single time I leave there is yet another issue that undoubtedly costs 2-3 thousand more dollars. At first I thought it was smart to get dealer repairs as they would "know" what they were doing, right? However, every single time I have them do something, immediately something else goes wrong. Immediately. And to top that off, they charge a good 30% more than what you would pay at a local auto shop. Last April I promised that I'd never use them again, but last week they were the only ones with the part I needed - so I gave it another two thousand dollar shot. Two days after the day they said it would be ready I pick it up only to notice that it is shifting hard. I bring it back and of course it has nothing to do with the transmission work they JUST DID and now I need to spend 2-3 thousand more dollars. Don't end up feeling like a sucker like I do. Again.
