After my initial in-person contact with Tino and after taking the weekend test drive and after making my decision to buy the car of my choice, he made it very efficient for me to work through all the necessary paperwork via email and all I had to do is walk in and sign and then drive off in my new car. He worked very diligently getting me the best bang for my buck. Tino is one of the most experienced top-end sales persons that I have ever bought a car from. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling, and he provided the best customer care service to me with both of my vehicle purchases. When I need to know something about the car, all I have to do is ask Tino or send him an email, he is very focused on customer satisfaction. He responds in a timely manner, he follows up to make sure everything is okay after the purchase and he showed me his sincerity and concern about me walking away with a feel-good, meaningful experience in buying a new vehicle.
