Mercedes-benz that should mean something in the luxury car department I don't think some of the employees see it as world class they need to do a 2 day training session that would let the employees know w car department I don't think some of the employees see it as world class they need to do a 2 day training session that would let the employees know we be the very best in customer service even the smallest of things that makes a custom feels important small details like changing the battery in key fob i get my car back and notice that key fob battery needed to be changed thats something less the custom has to worry about thats from the techs to janitors and managers world class custom service is my number goals More

I have and will continue to recommend this dealership. I cannot say the same about some dealerships in the area. More
I bought my Volvo and service plan from this dealer. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I felt like a second class citizen. My service adviser barely spoke to me. I was on time for my appointment and the person who had the previous appointment arrived after I was already with the service advisor. The service adviser got rid of me and dealt with the folks who had a Mercedes. Not a good feeling to have as I waited. More
