Our longtime salesman is Peter Bolduc. In the past we have purchased a 2004 E350 and a 2009 C300 with his help. On a visit to the new M-B facility, my husband became interested in a 2011 GLK, but Pete wa have purchased a 2004 E350 and a 2009 C300 with his help. On a visit to the new M-B facility, my husband became interested in a 2011 GLK, but Pete was out of town due to a family illness. Jay Joslin quickly offered to proceed on Peter's behalf, with Mgr. Michael Cronk involved in the background. Within two days we had satisfactorily negotiated the sale with the help of Jay Joslin. The car was prepped and delivered as agreed. Upon his return, Peter learned that he had been involved in our purchase. Shortly after taking possession of the GLK, we decided that window tinting was vital. Peter made all the arrangements to include a 'Loaner' for the process. When the vehicle was ready for pick-up, Ben Litke of the Service Department finished this transaction, with great help in going over any questions we had in regards to our new vehicle.
