I will start by saying what a great all around shopping experience we started by setting an appointment on line. We started our meeting with telling jay we were not ready to make a decision that day and that I would be out of town the following week. We talked with jay about what we were looking for and he guided us in the right direction (I had already done my research online) he was not pushy, and followed up with us later in the week. When I returned home we went to the dealership and Jay had the car we wanted ready for us. We then negotiated all the terms and placed a down payment on the car and made arrangements to take delivery the following week. The only bump was when we picked up the car, the car had been detailed and it was not up to my expectations. I have already recommended Mercedes Benz of Sarasota to friends and family and will continue to do so. More

We were essentially threatened by an individual who we think was a sales manager (he never introduced himself) who followed us into the parking lot wagging his finger at us and loudly saying "I WILL NEVER, I WILL NEVER, I WILL NEVER SELL YOU THAT CAR TOMORROW AT THIS PRICE". Since is was 7:30pm already, our intention was to come back the next day with a check and finalize the sale. Thank God that Peter called us saying that he had located a car for us.
