I am a new customer to the Mercedes Benz of Sarasota dealership and was referred by my daughter who was completing her 2nd purchase from Victor Lema. I was also present at her 1st purchase from Mr. Lema about 3 years ago. It was then that my daughter and I became impressed with Mr. Lema as a result of his professionalism, knowledge, patience, cooperation, and assistance in selecting and matching the the most suitable vehicle with our needs and desires. Instead of choosing a more convenient local dealership in Tampa, my daughter chose to return to see Victor at your dealership. It was at her most recent, 2nd purchase that I became reacquainted with Victor. In addition to the inherent desirability and value of the GLK vehicle and as a result of Victor and finance managers, Brett, and Joel, I am now a tried & true Mercedes owner and devotee.
