I have been in the market for a new car for over 6 months and liked the quality of cars they have on there website. The customer service experience from Audrey was exceptional. The highest rating that i can give anyone. I own a 1996 mercedes Benz s420. The A/C needed extensive repairs. I did not understand the whole process involved with diagnosis, repair estimates and loaner cars. Audrey had taken what ever time neccessary to explain the extent of the a/c repairs, in detail, right down to the small parts that were needed to be replaced. If i had any questions about the repairs, she had alot of knowledge to answer them. If she did not know an answer, she took the time to find out. Audrey is excellent when it came down to billing warrentee companies on service/repairs. She made sure my warrentee covered the repairs according to what is listed under the contract. She looked out for me to make sure I was not mislead by my warentee company in refusing covered repairs. Audrey also worked hard to get me the lowest price possible for my repairs/service. I was always greeted with a smile. Audrey displayed the highest perfessionalism of any service personnel. I will always ask for her to service my vehicle when i come back to the dealership. The repair tech Bill, who worked on my cars A/C was also rated high by me. When I picked up my car, Bill greeted me and showed me what was done to my vehicle. He was there to answer any questions i had about the service. More
