When we arrived at the dealer, Sean came out to greet us and from the beginning he was very knowledgeable about the auto we were interested in. He did not try to show or sell us another vehicle. Sean took me on a test drive, then when we came back he took Ron for a ride in the car. He's a former owner of very successful Chinese restaurants and he was just the perfect match for us to start the long journey that is..buying a car. Working together, we got to a point where we picked out a car we wanted to negotiate on. The process was very fair (it has to be on both sides)and we came to an agreement after meeting with the Pre-Owned Sales Director..Cranston. Folks, this is one xxxx of a guy. We've been buying cars for a long, long time (we're Boomers)and this was one of the two best Sales Managers we have ever dealt with. The other guy was at Ft.
