I received a call the next day from the general manager. He expressed his sincere apologies for what happened and wanted to do whatever he could to make the situation right. I explained to him my terms in order to make a deal and after some light negotiating. We came to a very fair deal and are expected to take delivery in a couple of days. It really speaks volumes about a dealership that one, they respond promptly to complaints. Two, they make a fair deal that leaves their new customer feeling satisfied. Assuming everything goes as planned in two days I will be updating my review of the dealership in a much more favorable light.

Ultimately, we did not purchase the car in question from the dealership. This was not any fault of theirs but simply the car lacked the premium package option that it was thought to have had. Mercedes' general manager promptly addressed our complaints in the beginning and had the vehicle had the premium package. We would have purchased the vehicle. The staff was very understating of our decision and offered to help us in our search of a vehicle. I must commend the management for reaching out and addressing our complaints and making things right. I would consider them for a purchase in the future if they had the right vehicle.
