I recently purchased a pre-owned GLE350 and having been the owner of 7 previous Benz' and I can say the experience in turning my GLE350 over to me was the worst Mercedes experience I have ever had. The Salesperson could not properly attach my license plate which fell off before I got home. She could not help me program my blue tooth, reset the display defaults or answer any of the many other questions I had. When asked why Mercedes Concierge could not help me I was informed that MB of Sarasota no longer has that attribute due to COVID. She refused to call the Services Dept to help me and whenever my wife or I call to inquire about receipt of title she passes us off to another Dept. You could say that I am spoiled in my expectations of how I should be treated when I take delivery from MB, but this isn't the kind of experience that you'd get at some shady used car lot. Shame on you MB of Sarasota for tarnishing the MB Star. More

Absolutely fantastic service and helpful/knowledgeable staff. Service and repair done in a timely manner, loaner provided on the spot if needed! Took car in for B service. They performed A service. I agreed to have brake pads added to service. Picked car up and that hadn’t been done even though service advisor said it would be. After 9 days there with no updates and 4 unreturned calls I picked up my car. Waited around to pay my $4200 bill. Lots of service people but no service. All ignored. Finally paid and drove 100 feet and warning lights came on with a burned out front running late. I drove right across the street and bought a new Range Rover Sport and fold them my car. After 54 cars and many Mercedes I’m done with AutoNation and the horrible service. More
