Extremely busy. Even with an reservation we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a Normal service. This dealership is cheap. Coffee and cookies served only. Chris was really helpful and very good! I still question why a very good car with only 70.000 miles has so much trouble. I know, I know....it is 12 years old! i have been dealing with mercedes benz in sarasota for 12 years. they are always there for me. Very good experience Taylor Williams was very helpful. The repairs were done when I was told. And cheaper than the quote. Very comprehensive analysis of the vehicle. I am not satisfied with the service, website services fees are not the same with the service center , website shows that break fluid flush was included on service B but there they wanted to charged addit fees are not the same with the service center , website shows that break fluid flush was included on service B but there they wanted to charged additional charges and said that website information was not accurate. I am not coming back to that dealership. More
