Thanks to the persistence of the technician, who replaced one part at a time and finally solved the problem through a process of trial and error. Randi did not have any loaners available when we brought it in but when our 1996 E300 had the alternator fail, they provided us with a rental car at no charge while both cars were in the "shop." More

Alfredo was a professional and knowledgable sales person. He was not a pest that you felt you needed to ignore (as so many are way too aggressive in their sales tactics). Brought in my 2021 for Software and Firmware update. My GLE was purchased from a dealer in NY State. While in Florida, I had a flat tire caused by a large screw. The donut was put on and the car was taken to MB of Sarasota. The service representative I dealt with was outstanding to work with. She managed the entire repair process, which did require a new tire, When scheduling the appointment, she asked for the details of the tire to assure they had a tire in stock.. She made the entire process easy. While I did not purchase the vehicle from MB of Sarasota, I still felt like a valued customer. When leaving after the repair, I told the service person that she should let the sales personnel know that if anyone was having difficulty making a Sale, they should bring the person to the service are to meet her. Finally, if I purchase another Mercedes for myself or my wife, I would definitely consider MB of Sarasota based on this experience. More
I took my car to be serviced and when I picked up my car it was not washed or vacuumed. I spent over 600 dollars and that should have been done in my opinion.
