I contacted this dealership online about a vehicle. I received an almost immediate response. I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment online to test drive the vehicle. Before the appointment, I conducted a bit of research on the subject vehicle. I learned that there this particular vehicle was not right for me. I contacted the salesperson to say that I was no longer interested in that vehicle and would need to cancel the appointment. The salesperson was kind and gracious and offered further assistance. Though there was not another vehicle at this dealership that suited me, I found their customer service to be outstanding and I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota! Steven, my service advisor was professional, polite and very accommodating. He arranged for a loaner, because we thought the service was going to take 3 to 4 hours. I purchased a vehicle here six months ago and just had my first follow up appointment. Andrew was excellent in helping me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really listened to my comments.
