My first contact was when I called the dealer to get info on how to get a new key fob for a 2014 E350 I purchased from Wilde Lexus recently. They were the worst and not a place for Benz service. I followed up with Shawn in service for a required advance visit to pay in advance for fob and provide VIN and registration. Shawn handled everything quickly and professionally. 3 days later, fob came in and he contacted me to come back with car for programming-no appointment needed. Mercedes’ Sarasota delivered, I got to look at the new models and left a happy new customer. More

From the moment you arrive in service they greet you, take you inside t staff that takes good care of your automotive needs and treats you very well. The dealership is very clean, the sales people go out of there way to make you feel at home. The location of the dealership is also in a very central location. I will never buy another car from Mercedes Benz of Sarasota simply because of the amount of time you have to wait to speak with someone on the phone. Everything done according to plan. The personnel from George, , and Kyle made our car buying experience easy and pleasant. George was our sales representative. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the trade/purchase deal. Then Kyle took over and spent whatever time we needed to fully explain, demonstrate and guide us through the use of all the complex systems of our new car. I've been on several dead-end phone numbers, over 3 hours, trying to obtain roadside assistance! Repeated "thank you for your patience" messages makes it worse.
