Our salesman Alfredo was wonderful! ! Made buying my first pre-owned car a good experience. My car unfortunately spent more time in the shop then with me. 8+ weeks & I only had it for ! My car unfortunately spent more time in the shop then with me. 8+ weeks & I only had it for 3 weeks.. had a bad feeling after my first week driving .. tried to trade in for a newer bigger vehicle. What a loss they made that into with a different sales person.. week later back in the shop!! I said from day one that the engine is revving extremely high fir a Mercedes .. not my first Mercedes . Finally after Thomas in service agreed with me, he found quite a bit of damage from a rodent who chewed wires & made nests. Amazing I was driving such an unsafe vehicle!!! In the shop for over a week & engine was repaired, to what extent I’ll never know. Cost of $4,000 not to me but this vehicle sat on the lot for about a month.. still very uneasy with this car which is sad bc in the past 27 years I leased a new SUV every 3 years & loved every vehicle I had.. wish I could say the same for this vehicle.. with that I am not in love with this car & would never purchase a preowned vehicle..
