Service was completed in a satisfactory manner. I asked for a repair quote for some curb rash on one wheel. Service representative took picture and told me he would get quote and forward to me. Also was quoted for two replacement tires. Representative quoted me double the price for tires then is available at multiple tire distributors. Mistakes can happen but I walked away from dealership with a uneasy feeling. More

Nice welcoming polite receiving; but pricey and not welling to meet in the middle of the road.. Used cars on the lot are average $3K above the market value. I discovered my copies were not complete in the file they gave to me. They promised to email what’s missing 5 days ago.. I still didn’t get the missing documents despite of calling 2-3 times every day. Leaving voicemail doesn’t help… After sale service sucks, except for a complementary call from Bill, the manager who has no control on his employees! More
