I have had my Mercedes vehicles serviced at Sarasota for over a decade. In all honesty, if it were not for Brett, I would take my vehicle to Clearwater even with the added hassle of paying the toll and fig over a decade. In all honesty, if it were not for Brett, I would take my vehicle to Clearwater even with the added hassle of paying the toll and fighting traffic. A decade ago, Brett was not there as a Service Advisor and the quality was so poor, I ended up going to Clearwater. I tried again a couple of years later and lucked into hooking up with Brett. Huge difference. Brett takes the time to figure out why a software issue has a gremlin or a mechanical part is not working properly. Other service advisors have pushed me off in the past. But Brett got the vehicle working. He is very dedicated and follows through. I have been very pleased with Sarasota only because of Brett. I look around and hear comments from other customers in the service area and realize Brett is about the only advisor there who does his job. If not for Brett, I would make the torturous trip up to Clearwater (also have a very good service advisor). Just takes up the majority of the day going to Clearwater, but worth it in the end as the job gets done correctly the first time. As long as Brett remains at Sarasota, so will my service business. Otherwise, it will be Clearwater. As to Sales at Sarasota, one of the worst in the state. Look elsewhere, please. You will save thousands. Service - excellent if you can book with Brett. Otherwise, I would suggest looking at another Mercedes dealership. More

She was very patient with me and helped me to get the information she needed to determine if the tire was in stock. Isabel made an appointment for me; I was grateful for her assistance and kindness. I worked with my service advisor Lisa who helped me take advantage of a tire policy I purchased when I bought my car so my replacement tire was at no cost to me!! I was able to get a new tire and be on my way within 2 hours. very efficient service! This was my first ever experience with a nail in a tire so I was pleased with the help from Mercedes Benz of Sarasota. More
