Our 2021 S580 incurred both driver's side blown tires after running over a pothole in the middle of the road recently. Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota is a very nicely dealership in every sense of the meaning. The interior areas and rest rooms are clean and waiting area was comfortable with a friendly ambience. We brought our Mercedes GLK-350 in for a cost estimate, because the transmission oil cooling loop in the radiator developed a leak in the radiator (caused by material failure) and cross- contaminated the transmission oil with engine coolant. That event totaled the Transmission. The vehicle was a 2011, GLK-350 with only 78 thousand miles on the engine. So, it was not cost effective to have the transmission and radiator work done at the dealership. However, in the waiting area the Dealership, provided a great assortment of designer coffees, (K-Cups) teas and cookies. The staff was courteous and polite and professional in every aspect of interaction. Never-the less, we are considering acquiring a Certified, previously Loved, Mercedes-Benz as a second car and will certainly deal with Walter, an esteemed member of their sales staff. More
