My service rep (Randi) helped me with an unexpected issue which occurred while driving in my GLC-300. The service representatives could not have been more helpful, pleasant, competent and efficient in their intake, making sure all repair work was promptly completed, communications and checking out. I would give them 100 gold stars.BUT unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the mechanic who worked on my vehicle!! I had just previously had my entire Coach House vehicle detailed and had immediately prior and install purchased custom-made seat covers in a light colored neoprene. Apparently the mechanic didn’t put floor covers down or plastic seat protectors on my seats as there was black grease all over the entry flooring to the driver side and one of the custom made tan seat covers.had black streaks on it from grease plus other dirt left on the floor and other locations. That mechanic’s failure to take proper care of vehicle has ruined my happy, fuzzy feelings about the dealership. As an aside, when I brought the vehicle to the service location at the dealership, there was a giant roll of plastic film, right at the entry for us all to see which I suspected was supposed to be put onto and into the vehicles prior to service. Not a happy camper me. More
I bought a used car, I gave them a deposit and left because the car was being serviced. Next thing I know they say they sold the car. I have a signed contract and they reneged.
