It was obvious, that the dealership respected his clients and supported him on the sale. He is such a great guy! He spent over an hour walking me through the Mercedes s550 features, there were many. After researching different small SUVs, my husband and I decided to go to Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa on December 27, 2017 to look at the GLC 300 whic After researching different small SUVs, my husband and I decided to go to Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa on December 27, 2017 to look at the GLC 300 which had great reviews on various websites. We ended up looking at three different ones and I test drove two. Rick, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the features on all the models we looked at. In the end, we purchased the last GLC 300 I test drove. The buying experience seemed effortless to us. We highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury car to go to this dealership. More
identity theft We bought a 2016 E 400 on 12/18/2015 and after a while we were waiting for the MBZ Financial to show up in our computer but it never came. Come to fin We bought a 2016 E 400 on 12/18/2015 and after a while we were waiting for the MBZ Financial to show up in our computer but it never came. Come to find out MBZ Santa Rosa General Manager called us on 1/22/2015 to inform us that our personal information was stolen. MBZ Santa Rosa claimed that they have deposited the Federal Express envelope that contained all our personal information on the "customer loan application" which was delivered to a Federal Express pick up box on Dowd Drive in Santa Rosa, CA. You would think that since they are dealing with customers personal information that they would have Federal Express pick up the package @ their facility. But to make more money they chose the cheapest route. It's really sad that a MBZ dealer would be so irresponsible. Now our world has turned upside down. I would recommend not to buy from this dealership. More
The worst service center of all. We had to go back three times to fix the air conditioning which refused to cool down. They never fixed it, and we had to pay for the freon charge each time. Finally found another mechanic who found THREE leaks in the air conditioning system and fixed it. <br><br>Now we've been back there 3 times to get a diesel leak fixed. First time was two years ago. Then the same problem showed up last week. They found a gazillion other things that were "wrong" with the car and charged us several thousand bucks. Three days later, we're back because diesel was still leaking and there was a puddle in the garage. On my way home, I started to hear these horrendous noises in the back of the car (like driving over potholes). Turns out there was something wrong with the vacuum seal or something. I almost choked when they wondered how that could have passed "quality control." I think it's presumptuous of them to think they have any quality control at all!<br><br>This entire experience has soured me with Mercedes Benz. I don't think they're worth half the money you pay for their cars. More
Typical slimey slippery sales tactics one would expect at a used car corner lot, rather than a MB dealer. After being told there was just one left in the entire state of the particular model I was looking for, another MB dealer found 3 (three) of them available at the MB Vehicle Distr. Center. After I cancelled the deal there where feeble attempts at intimidation and invoking guilt on my part. Please!!! All in all the experience left too many question marks in my mind to be comfortable buying from Smothers. More
