The quality of the work is good. I enjoyed working with Mr. Lorenzo. However, the cost of repairs is prohibitvely expensive, so much so I ahve decided to sell my Mercedes. Service this time is ok, not excellent because my car had an oil hardness cable when the engine check on light was on for a day and the dealer service can’t help to give me a good repair cost $8K is too high an oil hardness cable when the engine check on light was on for a day and the dealer service can’t help to give me a good repair cost $8K is too high!! This is Mercedes quality issue, the warning sensor did not work at all. My car has a good maintenance record with this dealer service. More
