My service advisor Craig made me feel so comfortable about what was going to happen with my car. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Bad overall experience. They did everything they could to avoid providing service on a warranty claim. What was an easy fix ended in them requiring me to pay $500 for a "diagnostic" test. They did all they could to make sure I was charged something for what should have been a warranty claim. The worst part was that the Service Manager Scott was too busy to return my voicemail or requests for a call back. ZERO customer service. I will say my service advisor Jose was excellent throughout this unpleasant experience. He did his best being stuck in the middle. More

From the GM to the Sprinter Service manager, this is the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. They listen and then act.
