We limped into the service dept. with our Sprinter, and William Beller took good care of its repair needs. Loved the video from the tech and the very detailed discussion of all that was done. Only problem we had was finding out if the vehicle was ready to pick up. Only Bill could answer that, and Bill did not let us know. We finally drove out so we could ask the cashier if the paperwork was there. It seems the service operators should be able to check for this as it should be a straightforward answer. More
I would have rated them 5 stars but late in the evening Thursday I realized I didn't have the Keyless button for the ignition. Since I was having a problem with a fault saying my keys need new batteries wh Thursday I realized I didn't have the Keyless button for the ignition. Since I was having a problem with a fault saying my keys need new batteries when they didn't, I thought they just forgot to put it back in the ignition. So I called Friday and service switch to someones voicemail which I detailed my problem. No one called me. I called Saturday and left a voicemail with my advisor. On Sunday by chance I found the button. I just thought someone should have called me Friday. Otherwise the whole service was terrific. More
