I have 2016 sprinter Van 3500 with milage about 24k. This is second time that I got the service bill higher (almost double) than what I was given estimation. Mercedes and its dealers have declared guarantee on their website "Upfront Service Pricing" (seehttps://www.mbsanjose.com/service/schedule/appointment.htm) The estimate given for $389.95 for wheel alignment and $ 74.10 for wiper change but I got final invoice for $429.95 for wheel alignment and $ 132.10 for wiper. So total invoice of $ 562.05 I paid $367.24 due to the service Manager William gave $50 discount and I used Merc company coupon for $150. I paid about $1950 for the A service. I was also told that my warranty expired and I should be ready for changing filter, timing belt and other parts. It looks scary to go to the same dealer again. Hoping next time having better experience. More

Came for a regular 50K service with a persistent mic volume issue with Bluetooth devices and Chris Hitchcock and his team were empathetic, responsive, and motivated to help with this issue. Next day, volume issue with Bluetooth devices and Chris Hitchcock and his team were empathetic, responsive, and motivated to help with this issue. Next day, car was shining clean with all services completed and the mic issue resolved to my satisfaction. I was kept well informed during this process. I would come back and would certainly recommend this dealership for their customer service. My experience was top notch! More
