parts dept Regarding Parts Dept: I purchased touch up paint for my MB CLS 500. When i purchased it they service rep took the paint number off my door panel as we Regarding Parts Dept: I purchased touch up paint for my MB CLS 500. When i purchased it they service rep took the paint number off my door panel as well has entered my VIN #. He sold me the touch up paint. Which came with no instruction as well has he gave me no instruction. Touch kit contained the paint and clear coat. When I got home I had to research how to apply paint and went ahead and did it to the best of my knowledge. Well the result was BAD. The touch up paint color was a dark gray and did not match the color of my car. it was very obvious and noticeable. I called parts dept and sales rep told me to bring paint and my car in. on morning that i returned back the sales rep test paint and agreed it was darker. when sales rep saw my car he also agreed paint was wrong color. But before anything could be corrected the Detail Manager need to give his second opinion. Detail manager looked at my car agreed touch up paint was dark. he even did test of sample paint on my hood. I got concerned cause he added two more spots of touch up paint on my car and what if my hood and driver side rear door was not corrected. well conclusion was, per detail manager, I had correct color of paint but i added to much. which was not true! He also stated there is not guarantee of touch up paint matching on silver and gold cars. Again he stated I applied it wrong. Then he got rubbing compound to remove the 2 spot he added to the mess on my hood and they would not come out. He told me i need to take my car to a detail shop and have them correct it. I told him why cant his detail shop do it and he told me Bischoff does not have a detail dept. Which was a big lie because Bischoff MB does have a detail dept, Plus wasn't he THE DETAIL MANAGER OF DETAIL DEPT. ?????? The sales rep and detail manager said every false thing to justify my they were right and I was wrong. And they tell me I applied touch up paint and and clear coat incorrect when they sell the product to customers with no instruction attached and they don't take the to instruct a customer on how to use product (even though i did apply it correctly!). So I left with CLS 500 with spot on my rear driver side door and spot on my hood. In addition to to 2 spots that the detail manager added and could care less that he added to my problem. I gave only 1 star for Bischoff attempting to look at my car More

Beshoff Mercedes is the only place to buy your next vehicle. With a new baby on the way, I decided it was time to give up my current car and look for something that can be a little more flexible than vehicle. Dody Abshir was the salesman assisting me. Very pleasant to deal with and he got me a deal I couldn't refuse. If you are any sort of motorsport enthusiast, Dody is the man to see as he is very knowledgeable. Left that evening with the exact car I wanted and came back during the week to get the Cilajet and Clear Bra installed since I am planning to hold on to this car for a while (my intention with every car purchase). Cilajet is on my wife's current car and there is a noticeable difference in how much less scrubbing I have to do when washing her car and my bare M3. We have the clear bra installed on all our cars. Beshoff actually uses a company called Elite Auto Films for the clear bra installations. The same company my boss uses for the clear bra on all his cars. It says something when you can get top quality work done all in one place. The car came back gleaming and the clear bra was on point as expected. Overall, from sales to service. The people at Beshoff Mercedes always made me feel taken cared of. We tend to take smooth transactions for granted and buying a car is one of the biggest we make. My wife and I decided to get a Mercedes Benz because we got the good news that she is pregnant. I have a 04 Acura TL and she has an older Infiniti I35. This time we wanted a European car for its workmanship and safety. Japanese cars are great for me but when it comes to my baby, I want something a little more stable and secure in all weather conditions. We visited BMW and were not happy with the styling of the vehicles. It is too cold and German. The ride is definitely too rough for my pregnant wife that is struggling with morning sickness and I can't imagine how my baby would sleep in the back seat of this thing. Even the 5 series lacks the quality that one would expect for a car in that price range. My wife requested some information about the E-Class through their user friendly website and was quickly answered by Tim Vu. He was courteous, straight forward and answered all of her questions. He provided her with a competitive quote on a 2009 E350 and invited us in for a guest drive. Wow what a dealership!!! Tim is still with his clients from an earlier appointment and had asked Dody Abshir to assist us with our comparison. Dody knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us pick out a beautiful black E350 from their inventory. The transaction was a breeze and Dody guided us through every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the experience and my wife loves her E. It is the perfect car for our family and our future baby. I feel a little better knowing that my wife is in such a safe car from the company that invented most of the safety technology in cars today. Thank you Tim and Dody!!! More

My car has been in and out of this dealer numerous times for little things that keeps on failing. They always say they can't find the problem until you make them examine it again the second time and then th for little things that keeps on failing. They always say they can't find the problem until you make them examine it again the second time and then they finally agree there is a problem. When i first bought the car it took me 3 times to make them realize the alignment was off and replace the tires. Horrible place to do service and even buy a car. More

I bought my E500 from this dealer in April 2005 and completed the first service recently. I am very happy with this dealer. I was living in Japan until March 2005 and planning to move to the Bay Ar completed the first service recently. I am very happy with this dealer. I was living in Japan until March 2005 and planning to move to the Bay Area. So I contacted many Mercedes dealers in the Bay Area via internet asking a quote. Smythe European was the worst. They have never provided a quote by email, keep on saying "I will give you the best deal so please call me". What a joke. I was living in Japan and I have told them so. My impression of Smythe is they want to sell the cars for IPO rich executives without any discount. This impression has not been changed since. Beshoff was the only dealer seriously took my request via email communications. This was very helpful since I was living in Japan then. My E500 was about $65K MSRP and I signed the deal at $60K. To tell the truth, I am not sure if I got the best deal and I will never know it. However, I was happy with the price and the sales process. The Internet sales manager (I think his name was Abraham) and service manager Reggie are the best. If you are in the Bay Area and looking for Mercedes, I recommend Beshoff. More
