Took a brand new (2 days old) CLK to MB Clay Street San Francisco repair facility, with a faulty door lock. Stood next to my vehicle for 5 min. Not one person approached to find out what I wanted. Waited another several min. before one of the two individuals looked up asking what I wanted. After explaining the issue I was told no apointments where available until following week. (In all fairness it is a small facility) Regarding a loaner vehicle the response was a "maybe" at best. <br>Very much got the impression that one had to "know someone" there to get any kind of service. Very unlike the stellar, professional and courtieous service I received at Autobahn Motors MB in Belmont. More
