Lack of response after a purchase My husband purchased Mercedes and drove back home (we live in different state) right away. Now we have car sitting in our driveway that we can't drive. We've bought all of our vehicles from different dealers and always was given title, or 60-days tabs until new title arrives. We tried to call SF DMV and they are surprised that dealer did not provide us those things. We called manager the same day and been waiting for an answer for over a week now. I will gladly remove or update this review if the issue is resolved in timely manner More
Bought a cpo c250.. Bought my first Mercedes from this dealership. I've taken it to two different dealerships and they've both commented on different problem areas with m Bought my first Mercedes from this dealership. I've taken it to two different dealerships and they've both commented on different problem areas with my car. The first was defective tires, less than one week after I bought it. When I called the dealership the sales rep was SO extremely rude. I went higher up the chain and after much nagging they finally fixed it. I then had to take my car to get the window leaked fixed (noticed the week after I bought my car). Luckily part of warranty but should of been fixed from the start. When returning my car, the other dealership, asked if I noticed that it appeared someone had tried to unlock the car through the window (a weird bump right under the window). I said the car was like this when I bought it and when I confronted the salesman he said "well your not buying a new car, it can't be perfect". I was informed by the other dealership that this car should of never left the lot with that mark. Extremely rude service when I have tried contacting after the purchase of my car. Will never take my car back there, but luckily there's 2 great dealerships closer to where I am! More

Alan (internet sales manager) contacted me fir I leased a 2015 C400 using the MBUSA.com website, dealer inventory listing, and online pricing request. Alan (internet sales manager) contacted me first thing the next day with the car specifics and a good price (lease). I did the credit check, loan application etc. When I went to see the car, I was happy that they had saved it for me with a 'SOLD' sign. The remainder of the purchase process went very smoothly and I can honestly say I am very happy with the experience I had at MB of San Francisco. More
