Their recommendations for repair were almost $7000 on a car with only 35k mi. It cost us $600 just to get our car back, an inspection and fix a kinked hose. We have since taken the car to another shop who was able to fabricate a brake line and flush the system for about 1/3 the cost quoted by Mercedes. This experience has assured us to NEVER go back to Mercedes for any reason. More

Did the job. It was delayed by 3-4 extra days than promised . I left my gym bag and garage opener in the loaner car.
