The service manager, Cory appeared knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining the plan for the service. As well, the tire and dent representative was the same. Cory arranged for a ride for me and lat very helpful in explaining the plan for the service. As well, the tire and dent representative was the same. Cory arranged for a ride for me and later in the day arranged for a Lyft car to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. The $3600 bill hurt a lot but considering what was done, I fully understand. Well done, Mercedes! More

Luis Cotto is a consummate professional who went above and beyond when it appeared that things looked bleak. We have Perma Plate protection for our EQB which was needed after suffering a cracked windshiel and beyond when it appeared that things looked bleak. We have Perma Plate protection for our EQB which was needed after suffering a cracked windshield. Working through Perma Plate to replace the windshield, we were directed to take it to Safelite despite my wife asking if it we be better going with our Mercedes-Benz SA but was told that Safelite could accomplish the windshield replacement and recalibration which they concurred. Picking up the car, we were told that they did replace the windshield but said we needed to get the recalibration done by Mercedes. The craziness didn't end there despite explaining that Safelite told us they can complete the entire job. We went to Mercedes who told us that we should have brought the car to them vice Safelite, which we explained Perma Plate directed us to go to Safelite who in-turn sent us to them to accomplish the recalibration. Went back to Safelite who refused to accomplish the rest of the task who told us Mercedes will need to finish the job. After the run-around, which we found to be the norm with Mercedes-Benz SA who we haven't had much support, Luis called my wife and told her to bring the car to the service the next day and he completed the recalibration. We are thankful for Luis's professionalism and care with our issue. More
