My new service rep, Javier Perez, was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He kept in touch via phone or text throughout the process. I paid for a treatment for the leather seats and paint while in finance. Getting to the right person to schedule this was frustrating. Then the day I came for it, it wasn’t done. We had a language barrier while in finance. Getting to the right person to schedule this was frustrating. Then the day I came for it, it wasn’t done. We had a language barrier until someone came who spoke both Spanish and English. I still don’t know if this treatment was done to my car because it didn’t look or feel different AND I never received a service paperwork showing me what was done. Still don’t know. More
