The finance sale rep Omar is a first class rock star. He was amazing .. Other people like Mr. Bernal & Mr Powell are atrocious crooks in the finance dept. When you ask what they added they laugh and say “we don’t know we are just finance dudes. ” They exhibit a significant lack of communication skills and they are also extremely aggressive and lack an understanding of “No” and that”No” means “No. Mercedes was reported to the BBB because of” . These two characters are as shady as teo dollar bills and I don’t know how Mercedes can damage their high quality with such low quality personnel . More

The service manager, Cory appeared knowledgeable and was very helpful in explaining the plan for the service. As well, the tire and dent representative was the same. Cory arranged for a ride for me and lat very helpful in explaining the plan for the service. As well, the tire and dent representative was the same. Cory arranged for a ride for me and later in the day arranged for a Lyft car to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. The $3600 bill hurt a lot but considering what was done, I fully understand. Well done, Mercedes! More
