An unfortunately timed problem with our car resulted in an unplanned drive to the Service Center in San Antonio on Wednesday May 29. Everyone, from the young woman who checked us in to our Service Leader B an unplanned drive to the Service Center in San Antonio on Wednesday May 29. Everyone, from the young woman who checked us in to our Service Leader Bryce Crawford, through to the other young woman who checked us out (cashier) the following Tuesday, everyone was superb. Bryce especially was professional, efficient, responsive, and in every way possible, fully reflective of the high Mercedes Benz standards. Our deepest gratitude goes to MB-SA for hiring and training these individuals who made a difficult time for us as palatable as such a situation could have been. More
