We took it for a test drive, told Earl we still had a few more to look at, and left with absolutely no pressure. We came back on Saturday, and Earl introduced us to the rest of the sales team, which really made us feel like part of the family. During the deal, we also worked with the best sales manager we’ve ever met—Bill Ramsey. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and even fun. After recording the symptoms of my problem in as much detail as he could, he told me how they would proceed in diagnosing and fixing the problem, and the window of time he estimated it would take. He was ‘no nonsense’ about the process MB uses and how he’d keep me apprised at every step. My car was diagnosed and repaired quicker than we’d estimated! Mr. Gonzalez provided me a detailed account of the problem and what was required to fix it. I had no clue at the outset that it was a dash cam problem. All my driver assist sensors suddenly stopped working. He explained how the systems work together, what happened, and how they repaired it. What I appreciate the most is his willingness to push information. That relieves a lot of stress and consternation. Would definitely work with him again should the need arise. More
