Given the unprecedented times, Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury came through on pricing, delivery and providing a wonderful buying experience in the midst of a very volatile car market where other Mercedes-Benz dealers go beyond in terms of demanding exorbitant amounts way above MSRP. It was a pleasure dealing with the sales personnel especially Arella Berger and Suzanne Young and a special note of gratitude to Rachel Fitzgerald the sales manager. These women during the month especially dedicated to Women's History Month in March exuded the reason why women are so needed in the business world. They actually listened rather than demanded like other Mercedes-Benz sale personnel at other dealerships. It was in their listening to my needs and requirements that has lead to a wonderful shopping and buying expereince even 300 miles away. (Yes, transactions occurred mostly over the phone). Given the distance, it was more important that I could trust that the car were in good condition without even test driving it. I was even more surprised by their dedication to deliver my vehicle in a timely manner and within 24 hours my vehicle was delivered to my home in perfect condition. It is truly the listening to their clients, dedication and complete reliability that I wish that I could provide this dealership with 10 million stars as a rating. They went well above and beyond the treatment what you would expect for larger Mercedes-Benz dealerships and truly first class in their client service! Dealership does not quote you the cost per hour going into the work. A $20.00 part that took minutes to diagnose and repair, cost over $250.00 to put in! On checking this problem on line after the repair, a Technical Service Bulletin was issued and posted for this exact repair. We were not told of this upon our arrival. There is no way that a reputable dealer should charge such an extreme amount for that type of repair! More
