There was a mistake made when I brought my motorhome in to figure out a starting issue. The receiving attendant wrote down the wrong vin number. The service manager David informed me that there was warranty work that hadn’t been done. I disagreed and said I thought Wilsonville Mercedes had preformed the work the year before. I said just check with their service center. The problem turned out to be a MISTAKE that cost me two and a half days. They had the alternator on the shelf and had it in within three hours a cost of $1,200 for a new alternator and an airbag replaced. Not professional. More

Not the greatest. As a loyal customer I’m not one to complain. I have been going to Mercedes in Sacramento for years to service my car. I had put my trust in their ser As a loyal customer I’m not one to complain. I have been going to Mercedes in Sacramento for years to service my car. I had put my trust in their services, but over time it seems as if the quality and integrity of their work has diminished. I always get my car back with either oil stains in my car or a missing piece laying around. I recently had my car in for several days at Mercedes in SAC, in which a courtesy car wasn’t offered or provided (in most cases there’s no availability). With that said, it has resulted in hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to pay a rental on top of what Mercedes was going to charge to replace the actuator and cam adjuster. Even their “best technician” couldn’t solve the issue. What I don’t appreciate the most, is that if you make an appointment, you’d expect a call back with some kind of report or status on your car. Instead, I received a text stating my car would not be worked on until later that afternoon (convenient). Long story short, the quote was absurd and got another quote from another local auto repair who stated my cam adjuster does not need replacement. And, saved myself $500. Also, the local auto repair shop used original parts. More
Very professional and accommodating although it did take a while longer to repair than expected. Apparently an influx of repairs needed and also a shortage of mechanics.
