My vehicle was damaged by the dealership back in December on 2021. I held off on filling out a survey to see how they would handle the situation. Upon returning in May of 2022 to have the damaged pieces fixe on 2021. I held off on filling out a survey to see how they would handle the situation. Upon returning in May of 2022 to have the damaged pieces fixed, I figured out that the dealer did not order the correct pieces, performed unauthorized repairs to my vehicle, and damaged the touch screen as well during the new service.
