After reviewing all the normal sites such as autotrader.com and cars.com. I found that Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, NY had the exact car that I was looking for. After talking with Bob several times over the phone, he made me feel at ease and it would be a smooth transition. So I preceded to drive the well over 600 miles from Ft. Bragg(yes I am a U.S. Army Soldier) to Rochester, NY. I was greeted at the door by Bob, who unfortunately had a family emergency, and was redirected to Rene. I could not speak higher of this dealership and the sales team that helped me (Bob Corset and Rene Isidore) as well as the sales manger, Matthew Koplin. The vehicle that I was purchasing had a minor issue. (a sensor went bad upon delivery), and I truly believe that this dealership could not have handled this more professionally, and definitely put my mind at ease about the several hundred mile drive. Anyone that is considering purchasing a new Mercedes or used car regardless of where you are in the U.S., should look no farther than this dealership. It is beyond the shadow of a doubt, worth the drive. More
