I have been a customer of the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Rochester, NY for more than 30 years. The vehicles and service have always justified the premium prices I have paid for them, until recently. During July and August 2022 my 2020 E450 Cabriolet needed a minor warranty repair. The repair was eventually completed satisfactorily, but it was a very bad experience. My car had to go in for 2 visits spending a total of 10 days out of commission, and there was no Mercedes loaner available during that time. I expect better from a Mercedes Dealer. More
