Service fell way short, took my 2006 C280 for annual inspection regularly, and often don’t drive it more than 2000 miles per year, so often only needs inspection done and service reminder on display res inspection regularly, and often don’t drive it more than 2000 miles per year, so often only needs inspection done and service reminder on display reset and cleared, now they tell me they can’t reset and clear the reminder if they don’t perform the service due to l”liability” reasons, told them to do nothing, took it up the road to Bob Johnson without appointment, got it done in less than three hours, no hassle, the lack of customer focus has consequences.
