This dealership is the reason I will never purchase an MB I had the worst experience at this dealership for service ever. I brought my car in for couple of issues to be looked at and after several thousand do I had the worst experience at this dealership for service ever. I brought my car in for couple of issues to be looked at and after several thousand dollars of repairs, and driving up to the dealer several times , they did not correct the problems and every time I came back they asked for more money. Also I had my car detailed while it was there, and I think my 7 year old can do a much better job, paid $200 and the car was in the same condition as when I brought it in. Service manager was as rude as person can be. More

Ease of mind experience! The service at MB of Rochester is excellent. Mike Tatti took the time to correctly understand problems with my car and kept me updated while I wait.
