The great service experience began with the call to Nathan to schedule the detailing appointment. It continued at check-in where I was introduced to the technician who would detail my vehicle, and also Nathan to schedule the detailing appointment. It continued at check-in where I was introduced to the technician who would detail my vehicle, and also made sure that I had some coffee for the ride to Mayo. The shuttle driver was very personable on the trip. In the afternoon, Nathan called to let me know the vehicle was ready. When we picked it up, we browsed the showroom, and the sales staff were helpful, and let us take our time. Nathan brought the vehicle into the service entry area and went over the detailing results.. My wife and I were VERY IMPRESSED. Thanks for a great service experience!! More
I needed a bulb replaced. I drove into the service center without an appointment and Nathan came out to greet me. The bulb was replaced and car washed within 30 minutes. Excellent service.
