Began having car serviced in Richmond, VA., approximately December 08. First service advisor, I believe was Mr. Christopher Alston and currently still is. The overall experience/service received was and co December 08. First service advisor, I believe was Mr. Christopher Alston and currently still is. The overall experience/service received was and continues to be excellent. Mr. Alston is to be commended for his professionalism and in all my dealings with him, he is such a wonderful human being. Service has also been excellent and I have had only one minor incident over the past 3 years that was immediately corrected. Mr. Alston was not my advisor at the time. Highly Recommended More
