The mechanic, receiving my vehicle, advised me of the wait time and referred me to a very competent service personnel. (Craig Johnson) He explained the process for diagnosing the problem and indicated that I may need to leave my car over night. I was called and advised that the service would not be completed until the following day. Upon returning on the next day, I was advised that the car was ready and after completing my financial obligation the car was brought to the service area. Craig Johnson is to be commended for his professionalism in working with customers. More
