Great Service I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change. I received a response within the hour and my oil change was scheduled for express service. Great Service I had just come home from a rough trip from Canada with 2 flat tires and needed to get my car serviced before leaving the next day for another long tr I had just come home from a rough trip from Canada with 2 flat tires and needed to get my car serviced before leaving the next day for another long trip. Craig Johnson helped us get a same day appointment and even had to request the service men to work overtime so I could get my car back in time. Both gentlemen have been helping me for several years with multiple cars. I try to get Peter's help whenever he's not with other customers and Kevin is the only technician I ever trust to work on my car ! Both are professionals and do an excellent job of representing the Mercedes brand and are both reasons why I'll continue to recommend McGeorge Mercedes to my friends and relatives.
